Registering Sale Contract

We will register your sale agreement in the land registry (TAPU) and the tax office to make your purchase legal.

Stamp duty - 0,5-1,5% from the sales price
Title transfer fee - 6% (first half)

We will apply for your permit to the Council of Ministers of the TRNC to obtain permition for ownership.

21,735 TL (or 1/2 minimal salary wage actual for the moment of application)
